The Challenge

Wolverine Engineers & Surveyors were extremely aggravated over the unreliability of their data protection and backup processes. They needed a dependable strategy that was simple and affordable, yet consistent in backing up their data. They wanted a single technology provider who could handle their multiple needs.

The Solution

We created a technology strategy and vision that would enhance their line of business processes. We removed them from a break-fix cost structure and placed them on a predictable monthly cost structure.

 

We removed them from the standard backup tapes. We designed and implemented a automatic, electronic data backup solution and strategy for remote protection of office productivity files, CAD files, SQL database and e-mail messages on a legacy system.

 

Their new hosted e-mail solution:  

  • Provides them with and advanced e-mail archiving system.
  • Provides them with centralized management of anti-virus, spyware and content filtering.
  • Saves them the cost of licenses.

Their solution also included desktop hardware upgrades to help improve office productivity.
