"In today’s work environment, you have to wear a lot of hats. One of the hats that caused me the most stress, and continued to consume far more of my time than I had to spare, was troubleshooting and resolving any IT issues, whether it was as simple as "I can’t find a file I just saved" to the dreaded, "My computer won’t boot up."

The Challenge
The staff at Huron Technologies, Inc. was overwhelmed with e-mail spam messages. Some members were receiving 500 to 600 e-mail spam messages daily. They were also in need of a network infrastructure reconfiguration in order to improve network performances and provide for future growth.
Due to being on a break-fix contract with high hourly rates, the staff rarely utilized their previous provider. After enduring several incidents of system down time, Huron Technologies, Inc. began researching for a diverse technology provider that could better support their technology needs.
The Solution
Huron Technologies, Inc. was referred to us at Center for Business Innovation. We were able to revitalize the health of their e-mail system by implementing our email.Reliance service plan that includes enhanced McAfee Inbound Filtering features.
All of the network functions were streamlined, allowing Michelle to focus on what she does best. We placed Huron Technologies, Inc. on pricing structure which allows them to fully utilize the Partner Care Center. They also receive monthly on-site maintenance visits by one of our Systems & Applications team members.
