- 1953 — D.A. Rainsberger Co. becomes accountant for CBI, Inc.
- 1969 — CBI, Inc. is founded
- 1972 — CBI, Inc. becomes premier Mita Dealer
- 1974 — D.A. Rainsberger Co. combines technology solutions with accounting services

- 1979 — D.A. Rainsberger Co. purchases & deploys first computer into the accounting function
- 1983 — CBI, Inc. exclusively becomes Michigan’s Premier Mita (Kyocera) Dealer
- 1988 — CBI, Inc. becomes D.A. Rainsberger Co.’s first Technology Solutions client
- 1996 — D.A. Rainsberger Co. forms partnership with IBM Global Hosting Services
- 1998 — Kyocera becomes owner of Mita

- 2002 — D.A. Rainsberger Co. becomes Microsoft Certified Partner
- 2006 — D.A. Rainsberger Co. purchases CBI, Inc. with intent to merge the two companies
